These supplements are very easy to swallow and digest. I suffer from acid reflux and most supplements like these have caused serious issues. These are very easy on my digestive system and reflux. The size is not too big either. They are made at the size perfect to swallow and the thickness of them is perfect so that they dont get lodged in the throat like others.
Great line of defense
I had two surgeries during this pandemic and was on antibiotics that took down my immune system. I wanted to start taking a vitamin to help my body defend itself and that wouldn’t upset my stomach. (I was diagnosed with diverticulitis). I have taken this vitamin twice a day with NO negative side effects. I gave my husband the second bottle and he started taking them daily as well. My husband and I both work full time and see customers on a daily basis. We both feel great. I did wake up one morning feeling icky. Thought maybe I had a head cold. Took my morning and evening dose and went to bed feeling better. I’m not saying this is a miracle pill, but with Covid and the Flu season, this vitamin is a great line of defense.
